Team India announced against WestIndies in International T-20 series – The Indian cricket team has to play a five-match T-20 series on the West Indies tour from 3rd August. Team India has been announced for these matches. BCCI
Hardik Pandya has been given the captaincy of the team while Surya kumar Yadav will be the vice-captain of the team. Senior players of the Indian team like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja have been rested.

Kerala’s wicket-keeper batsman Sanju Samsung has once again returned to Team India. Sanju played the last match for Team India against Sri Lanka in January. After this he was injured.
Verma, Jaiswal, Mukesh Kumar likely to debut :
Mumbai Indians’ 20 years old player Tilak Verma has been selected in Team India for the first time. Along with this, Rajasthan Royals batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal and Bihar fast bowler Mukesh Kumar have been included in the team.
These three players have a chance to debut in International T-20. Last year in February 2022, when Team India toured West Indies, at that time Avesh Khan and Ravi Bishnoi made their T-20 debut.
